摘要
为了分析‘利王柚’果实黄皮层挥发性物质特征,利用GC-MS技术,以‘利王白柚’和‘金钱橘’为对照,比较了3个品种挥发性物质含量差异。共检测到10大类72种挥发性物质,主要包括单萜、倍半萜、单萜醛、醛、醇、酸、酯等。‘利王柚’‘利王白柚’‘金钱橘’检测到挥发性物质个数分别为44、42、50个,其中三者共有的物质有19个。差异代谢物筛选结果表明,差异代谢物的个数与柑橘种类密切相关,种类差异越大差异代谢物个数越多,从而赋予不同柑橘独特的香味。进一步分析结果表明,‘利王柚’与‘利王白柚’挥发性物质种类和含量更为接近,说明挥发性物质可能具有种质特异性,且这种种质特异性可以作为区分柑橘种类的标志。
In order to analysis the composition and content of volatile compounds in the peel of‘Liwang pomelo’.GC-MS(Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer)was carried out to detect volatile compounds in three local citrus resources in Guizhou province.The composition and content of volatile compounds were compared,and differential metabolites were screened.A total of 72 volatile compounds were identified which classified to 10 groups,including monoterpene,sesquiterpene,monoterpene aldehyde,monoterpene alcohol,monoterpene ketone,monoterpene oxide,aldehyde,alcohol,acid,ester and so on.44,42 and 50 volatile compounds were identified in‘Liwang pomelo’,‘Liwang white pomelo’and‘Jinqian mandarin’,respectively.Differential metabolites analysis showed that the number of differential metabolites was closely related to the citrus species.Further analysis showed that the volatile compounds in‘Liwang pomelo’were more similar to its parent‘Liwang white pomelo’.Thus,volatile compounds were speculated to be germplasm specific,and which could be used as markers to distinguish citrus species.
