农村妇女参与基层治理研究述评与展望

Research Review and Prospect of Rural Women’s Participation in Grassroots Governance

乡村振兴战略背景下,妇女作为农村的主力军,其作用不可忽视,分析国内对农村妇女参与基层治理的现状、视点与趋势,有助于学界对该领域进一步的研究。对国内农村妇女参与基层治理研究的内容进行分析,并对研究主题进行归纳,发现当前该领域的研究主要有"农村妇女参与基层治理的综合研究,政府、非政府组织对农村妇女参与基层治理的影响研究,对女村官、留守妇女、少数民族女性等特定主体的研究以及乡村振兴战略背景下农村妇女参与乡村治理的研究"等四个方面。国内对农村妇女参与基层治理的研究重点也从妇女的制度性参与转向了实质性参与,对农村妇女的实质性参与的研究将继续作为该领域的研究热点。

Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,women,as the main force of rural areas,are playing an important role.The analysis of the current situation,perspective and trend of rural women's participation in grassroots governance in China will contribute to further research in this field.Through analyzing the content of the research on rural women's participation in grassroots governance in China,and summarizes the research topics.It is found that the current research in this field mainly includes the comprehensive research on rural women's participation in grassroots governance,the influence of government and non-governmental organizations on rural women's participation in grassroots governance,and the impact on female village officials,left behind women and minority women In the context of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the research of rural women's participation in rural governance is divided into four aspects.Domestic research on rural women's participation in grass-roots governance has made some progress,and The research focus of rural women's participation in grass-roots governancehas has shifted from women's institutional participation to substantive participation.The research on rural women's substantive participation will continue to be a research hotspot in this field.
