摘要
依托对厦门市某项目施工实践的研究,介绍蜂巢芯现浇混凝土密肋楼盖在施工过程中的技术改进。该楼盖具有自重轻、隔音好、强度高、更易于实现建筑的大跨度、大空间的要求和使用性能好等显著特点。从解决缺陷问题角度阐释该技术在施工中的应用,并分析提高蜂巢芯现浇混凝土密肋楼盖施工合格率的措施。
Based on the practice of a construction project in Xiamen,this paper introduces the technical improvement of honeycomb core cast-in-place concrete ribbed floor in the construction process.The floor has the characteristics of light weight,good sound insulation,high strength,easy to realize the long span,large space requirement and good performance.This paper explains how to apply this technique in construction from the angle of solving the defect problem and analyzes the measures to improve the qualified rate of honeycomb core cast-in-place concrete ribbed floor construction.
