从第三方工程评估和建设工程监理的历史背景、出现原因、发展现状等方面对两种工程咨询、管理模式进行了分析,为厘清两者之间的区别以及未来的发展规划提供参考。
From the historical background,causes and development status of the third-party project evaluation and construction engineering supervision,this paper analyzes the two kinds of engineering consultation and management modes,providing reference for clarifying the differences between them and for future development planning.
