摘要
植筋是一项针对混凝土结构连接与锚固的技术,现已广泛应用于已有建筑物的加固改造工程。但植筋质量参差不齐,植筋效果不容易保障。所以有必要对影响植筋质量的因素进行分析。首先介绍植筋施工的工艺流程试验方法,然后以植筋受力及破坏方式为切入点,结合试验结果就影响植筋质量的因素,包括锚固深度、基材和钢筋的干净程度、钢筋直径、粘结剂等进行逐一分析。
Post-installed rebar is a connection and anchoring technology for concrete structure,which has been widely used in the reinforcement and reconstruction of existing buildings.However,the quality of post-installed rebar is uneven,and the effect of post-installed rebar is not easy to guarantee.So it is necessary to analyze the factors affecting the quality of post-installed rebar.Firstly,the paper introduces the test method of the construction process of planting bars,and then analyzes the factors affecting the quality of planting bars,including the anchoring depth,the cleanness of the substrate and the reinforcing bars,the diameter of the reinforcing bars,the binder and so on,by taking the force and failure mode of the planting bars as the starting point.
