摘要
对建筑行业的具体工程建设做分析可知,受设计人员、设计软件等影响,建筑工程部分结构设计存在缺陷,加之社会大环境,如工程施工或自然地质灾害等影响,建筑结构会出现可靠性下降等问题。为保证建筑结构的安全和稳定,需对原有砌体进行结构加固。随着建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在工程实践中的应用成熟,在既有砌体结构加固过程中可采用BIM技术。就既有砌体结构外套加固技术的BIM技术应用做分析,旨在为实践提供帮助和指导。
Through the analysis of the specific engineering construction in the construction industry,we can see that due to the influence of designers and design software,there are some defects and deficiencies in the structural design of the construction engineering,and the social environment,such as engineering construction or natural geological disasters,the reliability of the building structure will decline.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the building structure,it is necessary to strengthen the original masonry structure.With the mature application of building information model(BIM)technology in engineering practice,BIM technology can be used in the reinforcement process of existing masonry structure.This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the reinforcement technology of existing masonry structure,aiming to provide help and guidance for practice.
