Research on Application of BIM Technology in Construction General Contract Project Management

随着社会经济和计算机技术的不断发展,建筑工程中已开始普遍使用BIM技术。BIM技术能全面利用已有资源,减少施工成本,有利于促进施工总承包项目的成功实施。此外,BIM技术能够探究、预控建筑工程的整个施工、造价及设计等过程。首先介绍BIM技术的核心作用,其次探讨BIM技术应用过程中存在的相关问题及解决措施,最后探究BIM技术的应用价值及实际操作,以供参考。

With the continuous development of social economy and computer technology,BIM technology has been widely used in construction engineering.BIM technology can make full use of existing resources,reduce construction costs,and promote the successful implementation of EPC projects.In addition,BIM technology can explore and pre control the whole construction,cost and design process of construction engineering.This paper first introduces the core role of BIM technology,then discusses the problems and solutions in the application process of BIM technology,and finally explores the application value and practical operation of BIM technology for reference.
