摘要
随着我国城镇化进程加快,建筑业迅速发展,建筑垃圾也越来越多。由于目前没有可靠的官方数据,为更好地推进可持续发展,应尝试量化中国产生的建筑垃圾数量。根据废物来源、量化级别和量化过程对一些文献进行分类,确定了三类建筑垃圾量化方法,包括废物产生率法、分类累积法和变量模型法。此外,以工程预算为桥梁,将建筑垃圾量化与BIM技术结合,在材料消耗量的基础上预测建筑垃圾的数量,并指出目前进展中的不足。
With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of construction industry,there are more and more construction waste.Since there is no reliable official data,in order to promote sustainable development,we should try to quantify the amount of construction waste produced in China.According to the source,level and process of waste quantification,three kinds of quantitative methods of construction waste are determined,including waste generation rate method,classification accumulation method and variable model method.In addition,taking the project budget as a bridge,combining the quantification of construction waste with BIM technology,the quantity of construction waste is predicted on the basis of material consumption,and the deficiencies in the current progress are pointed out.
