摘要
以贵阳渔安•安井温泉旅游城高层建筑为例,在分析工程实际及施工要求的基础上其核心筒电梯井内侧墙体模板施工选择采用单侧液压爬模施工工艺,并进行了液压爬模设计及施工过程的探讨。工程应用实践表明,液压爬模施工技术能实现模板和爬模架架体的有机结合而互为导轨爬升,操作简便,支模拆模方便,可节省施工成本,缩短工期,应用效果显著。
Taking the high-rise building of Yuan Anjing hot spring tourist city in Guiyang as an example,based on the analysis of engineering practice and construction requirements,the construction technology of unilateral hydraulic climbing formwork is adopted for the construction of inner wall formwork of core tube elevator shaft,and the design and construction process of hydraulic climbing formwork are discussed.The engineering application practice shows that the hydraulic climbing formwork construction technology can realize the organic combination of the formwork and the climbing formwork frame body,so that they can climb each other as guide rails.The operation is simple,the formwork erection and removal are convenient,the construction cost is saved,the construction period is shortened,and the application effect is remarkable.
