浅谈建筑消防安全防火设计

随着社会经济的不断发展,我国建筑行业也在加快发展脚步,近年来民用、商用住宅都在呈逐年上升趋势,建筑在现代社会发展进程中的作用越来越重要。而对于任何建筑来说,不仅需强调建筑的质量稳定性,还要强调建筑的可靠性,建筑可靠性往往包括多个方面,而建筑安全可靠性则是其中首要内容,只有建筑安全可靠性达标,才能确保建筑使用者的生命财产安全。建筑消防安全设计是建筑安全的重要保障,做好建筑消防安全设计对于建筑内人员生命财产安全有着重要意义。目前常见的建筑主要分为住宅建筑和商用建筑,即围绕当前建筑消防安全发展趋势,分别就城市民用建筑和商用建筑的消防安全设计要点进行分析。

With the continuous development of social economy,the construction industry in China is also speeding up the pace of development.In recent years,civil and commercial housing are on the rise year by year,and the role of architecture in the development of modern society is becoming more and more important.For any building,it is necessary not only to emphasize the quality stability of the building,but also to emphasize the reliability of the building.Building reliability often includes many aspects,and building safety and reliability is the primary content.Only when building safety and reliability reach the standard can the life and property safety of building users be ensured.The design of building fire safety and the important guarantee of building safety,and the design of building fire safety are of great significance to the safety of people's lives and property in the building.At present,the common buildings are mainly divided into residential buildings and commercial buildings.This paper analyzes the main points of fire safety design of urban civil buildings and commercial buildings respectively around the current development trend of building fire safety.
