智能厨柜交互界面用户体验设计原则与策略

Principles and Strategies of User Experience Design for Smart Cabinet Interactive Interface

智能5G时代背景下的智能家居产品,厨柜智能化设计与用户体验需求间存在不匹配性的问题,对智能厨柜交互界面用户体验的设计原则及策略进行总结是有必要性的。在用户体验目标下,结合数据分析,充分考虑用户的行为特征与全路径分析。提出智能厨柜的交互界面以用户为中心、用户需求层次、信息通达性、操作易用性、情感愉悦化五大设计原则;理清需求层次优先级、注重用户操作反馈流程、设计评估与反馈意见推动产品迭代三大设计策略。以帮助理清设计思路,让用户获得更好的交互体验,从而减少用户烦躁等负面情绪,提高用户愉悦度,以及对产品的喜爱度,甚至忠诚度。

Starting from the analysis of the mismatch between intelligent design of kitchen cabinet and us-er experience demand in smart home products under the era of intelligent 5G,the design principles andstrategies of user experience of intelligent cabinet interactive interface were summarized. Based on thegoal of user experience,the user behavior characteristics and full path analysis were fully considered incombination with data analysis. This paper put forward five design principles of the interactive interfaceof intelligent kitchen cabinet,which are user-centered,user demand level,information accessibility,easy-to-use and emotional pleasure;and three design strategies,namely,clarifying the priority of demandlevel,paying attention to user operation feedback process,and promoting product iteration with designevaluation and feedback. The research will help clarify the design ideas by enabling users get a better in-teractive experience,so as to reduce users’ irritability and other negative emotions,as well as improve theuser’s pleasure and the affection even loyalty of the product.
