无醛树脂基本性能及其浸渍装饰纸制备工艺 被引量:3

摘要 为解决无醛树脂应用到浸渍装饰纸工艺问题,使用水性聚氨酯和水性丙烯酸开展无醛浸渍装饰纸研究。对两种无醛树脂乳液的基本性能进行分析,并探究了两种树脂通过浸渍的方式制作装饰纸的工艺。研究结果表明两种树脂具有优异的润湿性能,其固化时间与固化温度呈负相关,水性丙烯酸的黏度较低且固含量略高于水性聚氨酯。对两种无醛树脂浸渍装饰纸的研究表明3%含量润湿剂的加入有助于胶层的均一性,浸胶时间1 min适宜,两种树脂加水量保证在5%~25%均能满足装饰纸的国标要求。 In order to solve the process trouble shooting of formaldehyde-free resin applied to impregnated decorative paper,the formaldehyde-free impregnated decorative paper was studied based on waterborne polyurethane and waterborne acrylic acid. In this paper,the basic properties of two kinds of formaldehyde-free resin emulsions were analyzed and studied,and the optimal preparation process of decorative paper by dipping the two kinds of resin was explored. The results showed that water-based polyurethane and water-based acrylic acid had excellent wettability,the curing time of the two resins was negatively correlated with the curing temperature,the solid content of water-based acrylic acid was slightly higher than that of water-based polyurethane and the viscosity was lower. The research on two kinds of formaldehyde-free resin impregnated decorative paper shows that the addition of 3% wetting agent contributes to the uniformity of adhesive layer,and the appropriate soaking time is 1 min from the point of saving time and reducing cost,and the water content of the two kinds of resin is guaranteed to meet the standard requirements of decorative paper at 5% ~ 25%. Waterborne polyurethane and acrylic acid impregnated decorative paper can be used as a new kind of formaldehyde-free packaging materials.
