消防车泵实际供水性能测试方法研究

Research on Test Method of Actual Water Supply Performance of Fire Truck Pump

针对常见消防车泵实际供水性能不足问题,建立消防车泵实际供水性能测试装置,研究测试方法和步骤,开展实际供水性能测试,并与消防车标准检测台进行对比,验证该方法的有效性和准确性。该试验结果可为消防救援队伍掌握消防车泵实际工况、及时发现消防车泵可能存在故障、提升驾驶员消防车泵操作水平、合理调配消防车执勤战备出动顺序、科学估算火场出枪数量提供技术支撑。

Aiming at the problem of insufficient actual water supply performance of common fire truck pumps,a test device for the actual water supply performance of fire truck pumps was established to study test methods and procedures.After the actual water supply performance test was carried out,a comparison between the results and the fire truck standard test bench was conducted.The study results can provide technical support for fire and rescue teams to master the actual working conditions of fire truck pumping,find out the possible faults in time,improve the pumping operation level of drivers,reasonably allocate the fire trucks on duty for the combat,and scientifically estimate the number of fire hoses needed at the fire site.
