我国智慧消防标准规范分析及完善

The Analysis and Improvement of Smart Fire Fighting Standards and Norms in China

以国内现行的智慧消防标准规范为研究对象,分析当前智慧消防建设与发展现状,认为当前我国智慧消防标准规范过于笼统概括、无具体可操作性规定;消防规范碎片化,不成系统、体系。在此基础上,借鉴美国消防领域的合理规定,提出我国智慧消防标准规范的制定要全面系统,体现包容性;要重视差异,因地制宜;条文规定要具体化、精细化。

This paper takes the current domestic smart firefighting standards and norms as the research objects,analyzes the current status of smart firefighting construction and development,and contends that the current China smart firefighting standards and norms are too general,not operable,fragmented and not systematic.On this basis,drawing on the advanced regulations in the field of fire fighting in the United States,it proposes that the formulation of China’s smart firefighting standards and norms should be comprehensive and systematic,reflecting inclusiveness;differences should be emphasized and measures should be taken according to local conditions;at the same time,the provisions should be specific and refined.
