摘要
目的分析抗人乳头病毒(HPV)生物蛋白敷料与重组人干扰素α2b治疗宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变宫颈环行电切术(LEEP)后高危型HPV持续感染的疗效。方法选取惠州市中心人民医院2016年1月至2017年12月收治的宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变术后HPV持续感染患者100例,将其随机分成2组,观察组(术后给予抗HPV生物蛋白敷料)50例和对照组(术后给予重组人干扰素α2b)50例,对比两组患者临床效果。结果随访一年,观察组术后3个月HPV阳性率(70.00%)与对照组(86.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月(48.00%)、9个月(36.00%)、12个月(8.00%)HPV阳性率明显低于对照组(70.00%、58.00%、26.00%),两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的HPV-DNA负荷量在随访的术后6个月、9个月、12个月明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗HPV生物蛋白敷料可更加有效治疗宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变患者LEEP术后HPV持续感染,临床效果显著,具有一定推广价值。
【Objective】To compare the efficacy of human papillomavirus(HPV)biologic protein excipient with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b in the treatment of persistent HPV infection after LEEP for cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.【Methods】From January 2016 to December 2017,100 patients with persistent HPV infection after operation of cervical squamous epithelial neoplasia were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,observation group(postoperative anti-HPV biological protein dressing,n=50)and control group(postoperative treatment with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b,n=50),and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.【Results】During the one-year follow-up,the HPV positive rate at 3 months(70.00%)in the observation group was not statistically different from that in the control group(86.00%)(P>0.05).The HPV positive rates in the obcervation group at 6 months(48.00%),9 months(36.00%)and 12 months(8.00%)were significantly lower than those in the control group(70.00%,58.00%and 26.00%).The HPV-DNA load of patients in the observation group decreased significantly at 6,9 and 12 months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Anti-HPV biological protein dressing can be more effective in the treatment of persistent HPV infection after LEEP in patients with cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia,with significant clinical effect and certain promotional value.
