摘要
目的探讨纤支镜肺泡灌洗联合振荡排痰仪治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺癌的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年10月于解放军联勤保障部队第九九〇医院接受治疗的86例老年COPD合并肺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组43例,对照组在对症治疗基础上采用震荡排痰仪辅助排痰,观察组在此基础上联合纤支镜进行肺泡灌洗治疗,对比两组有效率、炎症因子水平、恢复时间和住院时间。结果治疗10 d后,观察组有效率明显高于对照组,炎症因子水平低于对照组,恢复时间和住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纤支镜肺泡灌洗联合振荡排痰仪治疗老年COPD合并肺癌效果确切,能显著改善患者肺不张状况,降低炎症水平,缩短治疗时间和住院时间。
【Objective】To investigate the effects of bronchoalveolar lavage combined with vibration sputum elimination apparatus in treatment of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and lung cancer.【Methods】Eighty-six senile patients with COPD and lung cancer who treated in the hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.Control group was given vibration sputum elimination apparatus based on symptomatic treatment,and observation group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage based on control group.The effective rate,levels of inflammatory factors,recovery time and hospital stays were compared between two groups.【Results】After treatment for 10 days,the effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the levels of inflammatory factors in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the recovery time and hospital stays in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Bronchoalveolar lavage combined with vibration sputum elimination apparatus in treatment of senile COPD and lung cancer is effective,it can improve pulmonary atelectasis,decrease inflammatory levels,and shorten treatment time and hospital stays.
