基于CiteSpace的早产儿视网膜病变研究的可视化分析

目的了解早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)的研究现状、研究热点和前沿,为相关研究提供借鉴与参考。方法检索Web of Science(WOS)数据库,收集2000-2019年关于ROP的研究文献,应用CiteSpace 5.6软件对文献的关键词、作者、国别和研究机构等进行可视化分析。结果共有3 792篇ROP相关文献被纳入研究。近20年来该领域相关文献年发文量总体呈上升趋势,发文最多的杂志为Investigative Ophthalmology&Visual Science,发文最多的国家为美国,发文最多的机构为哈佛大学,发文最多的作者为Ann Hellstrom。各国家(地区)、机构和作者之间存在着广泛的合作关系。近期研究热点主要集中在雷尼珠单抗、贝伐珠单抗等血管内皮生长因子抑制剂及其药代动力学、单一疗法、对全身系统的影响等方面。结论近20年来全球有关ROP领域的研究发展迅速,国内研究者可以围绕上述研究热点与前沿进行ROP研究,深入优势领域,加强国家、机构间的合作,提高研究质量,推进临床应用。

Objective To understand the research status, hot spots and frontiers of Retinopathy of Prematurity(ROP) and provide references for correlational researches.Methods The data of ROP research from 2000 to 2019 were searched and collected through the Web of Science(WOS), and visual analysis was conducted on keywords, authors, countries and research institutions of the study by using CiteSpace software.Results A total of 3 792 ROP related articles were included in the study. The number of articles published in this field generally increased in the past 20 years. The journal with the most published articles is Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science, while the country is the United States, the institution is Harvard University, and the author is Ann Hellstrom. There is a extensive cooperation among countries(regions), institutions and authors. Recently, the research focuses on the studies of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) inhibitors such as ranibizumab and bevacizumab,the pharmacokinetics of VEGF inhibitors, monotherapy, system.Conclusion Global research on ROP has developed rapidly in the past 20 years. Domestic researchers can conduct ROP research around the above research hot spots and cutting-edge, deepen the advantageous fields, strengthen the cooperation among countries and institutions, strengthen the research quality, and promote clinical application.
