摘要
目的探讨临床护士的在职培训压力状况,并分析其影响因素。方法2018年9月至2019年9月,采用自行编制的临床护士在职培训压力状况问卷对郑州大学第一附属医院东区医院227名临床护士进行调查,从培训方式、内容、时间/频次、身心压力以及自身因素等方面进行研究,并对结果进行统计学处理。结果临床护士在职培训压力问卷总分为(78.72±8.48)分,表明临床护士在职培训的压力处于中等偏重水平,其中培训形式压力维度(5.21±1.96)分、内容压力维度(40.13±5.72)分、时间/频次维度(22.47±4.26)分、身心压力维度(9.97±2.98)分;从护士自身分析,影响临床护士在职培训压力的因素是年资、职称、学历,可解释培训压力的23.81%。结论护理管理者在组织医院培训时,应重点关注年资低、初级职称或高学历临床护士的培训压力,尝试优化培训计划、内容、形式,落实分级培训,提升护士参与培训积极性,从而改善培训效果。
Objective To explore the stress level of clinical nurses in-service training and analyze the influencing factors.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,227 clinical nurses in Eastern Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire on the stress of on-the-job training of clinical nurses.The research was conducted from training form,training content,training time/frequency,physical,mental pressure and personal factor.The results were statistically processed.Results The total score of clinical nurses’on-the-job training stress questionnaire is 78.72±8.48,which is at a moderate level of bias,including training form stress(5.21±1.96),content stress(40.13±5.72),time/frequency dimension(22.47±4.26),physical and mental stress dimension(9.97±2.98).There is 23.81%of the training pressure which could be explained by professional title and education background.Conclusion When organizing hospital training,nursing managers should pay more attention to the training pressure of clinical nurses with low seniority,junior professional title or high academic degree,and try to optimize the training plan,content and form,implement hierarchical training to improve the enthusiasm of nurses to participate in the training and to improve the training effect.
