四手操作联合心理护理对根管治疗术治疗效果的影响分析

The Effect of Four-hand Operation Combined with Psychological Nursing on the Treatment Effect of Root Canal Therapy

为探讨四手操作联合心理护理对根管治疗术治疗效果的影响,本次研究随机选取2015—2019年在丽水市第二人民医院接受根管治疗术的患者850名,将850名患者分为观察组和对照组,两组人数相同(n=425),两组患者均接受四手操作,观察组在此基础上联合心理护理,对比两组患者治疗疼痛、治疗时间以及护理满意度。结果显示:观察组患者治疗时间分别为(31.49±10.05)min;经过心理护理后两组患者SAS和SDS评分明显下降。此外,观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,以上比较结果均为P<0.05,具有统计学意义。由此可见,对于牙髓病和根尖病进行根管治疗的患者实施四手操作联合心理干预护理,不仅能缩短患者治疗时间,还能提高患者对护理的满意度,改善患者不良情绪,具有临床应用和推广的价值。

To analyze the effect of four-hand operation combined with psychological nursing on root canal therapy,patients who received root canal therapy in Lishui Second People's Hospital from 2015 to 2019 were randomly included(n=850).The patients were equally divided into experimental group and control group.The control group received four-hand operation during therapy,while the experimental group received four-hand operation combined with psychological nursing.Pain degree,treatment time,and satisfaction of nursing were assessed and compared.Results show that the treatment time of experimental group was(31.49±10.05)min,compared to(42.38±8.76)min of control group.The SAS and SDS scores show a significant decrease in experimental group where patients received psychological nursing.Besides,the experimental group is superior on the satisfaction of nursing as compared to the control group.All these data above are statistically significant with a P value less than 0.05.In conclusion,for patients receiving root canal therapy,four-hand operation combined with psychological nursing can not only reduce the treatment time,but also improve the satisfaction of nursing,relieve patients’bad feelings.It is valuable to apply the protocol mentioned above in the clinical procedure.
