中外合作办学护理专业“妇产科护理学”全英语教学的应用实践

摘要 为探讨全英语教学方式在"妇产科护理学"课程中的教学效果,以丽水学院医学与健康学院2016级、2017级中外合作办学护理本科生为研究对象,给予2016级学生双语教学,2017级学生全英语教学。通过分析两届学生成绩以及采用自制调查问卷进行双语教学与全英语教学效果的比较。结果显示,两届学生期末卷面成绩、平时成绩、实验考核成绩及课程最终综合成绩均无统计学差异(P>0.05),全英语教学在提升学生专业英语综合应用能力、改善其健康信息搜寻行为等方面有较大优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究表明:全英语教学适合中外合作办学护理本科生,能够进一步提升其专业英语综合能力及改善其健康信息搜寻行为。同时,有必要积极探讨编撰适合我国全英语教学的全英语教材。 To explore the teaching effect of teaching Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing with English as the only medium of language, this study adopted bilingual teaching of the curriculum for students of 2016 and full-English teaching for students of 2017. Their respective overall curriculum achievements were analyzed and a self-designed questionnaire was administered. The results show that there was no significant difference in final paper score, usual score, experimental examination score and final course score between the two groups(P>0.05). All-English teaching has a great advantage in improving students’ comprehensive application ability of professional English, health information seeking behavior and other aspects, and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05). The con clusion is that full-English teaching is suitable for Chinese-Foreign BSc Program and can further improve their comprehensive ability of professional English and health information seeking behavior. Meanwhile, it is necessary to actively explore the compilation of full-English textbooks suitable for full-English Teaching in China.
