零中频接收机iq不平衡数字域校准分析 被引量:2

摘要 零中频接收机有功耗低、易于集成等优势,广泛应用于消费类电子产品和多模通信平台。但零中频接收机的缺点在于性能较差,究其原因,主要是因为器件不匹配和电路PCB布局误差造成的iq不平衡。关于零中频接收机iq不平衡校准的研究通常集中在窄带信号校准方面,也就是接收机的不平衡度不变,这会产生频率相关性,增加不平衡校准的困难。鉴于此,本文就零中频接收机iq不平衡数字域校准展开具体分析,以期同仁参考。
