Akt1和ARK5在乳腺癌中的表达及临床病理意义

Expression of Akt1 and ARK5 in breast cancer and its clinical significance

目的探讨Akt1和ARK5在乳腺癌组织中表达与临床病理意义。方法回顾性分析88例乳腺癌临床病理资料,将其肿瘤组织制成组织芯片,并用免疫组化En Vision两步法检测Akt1和ARK5在乳腺癌组织中的表达,取10例癌旁组织作对照。结果88例乳腺癌中Akt1阳性表达率是77.3%(68/88),乳腺癌中Akt1表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。ARK5阳性表达率是48.9%(43/88),乳腺癌中ARK5表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤直径密切相关(P<0.05)。此外,88例乳腺癌中Akt1和ARK5阳性表达呈现正相关(r=0.343,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌中Akt1和ARK5的表达水平与临床病理特征密切相关,有望作为评估乳腺癌的临床病理分期的重要指标。

Purpose To investigate the significance of the expression of Akt1 and ARK5 in breast cancer.Methods The clinicopathological characteristics of 88 cases of breast cancer were retrospectively reviewed.Immunohistochemistry method was used to examine the expression of Akt1 and ARK5 in breast cancer and another 10 cases of adjacent tissues as controls.Results Akt1 expression in breast cancer was 77.3%(68/88).The expression of Akt1 was closely related to lymph node and TNM stage in breast cancer(P<0.05).ARK5 expression in breast cancer was 48.9%(43/88).The expression of ARK5 was closely related to lymph node and tumor diameter in breast cancer(P<0.05).Additionally,Akt1 expression correlated positively with ARK5 in breast cancer(r=0.308,P<0.05).Conclusions Akt1 and ARK5 are expected to be used as important indicators to evaluate the clinical pathological stage of breast cancer.
