闭塞性细支气管炎患儿血清相关因子与肺功能关系探讨

摘要 目的探讨闭塞性细支气管炎患儿血清相关因子表达水平与其肺功能关系。方法回顾性分析本院94例闭塞性细支气管炎患儿为研究对象,据病情严重程度分为轻症组(36例)、重症组(58例)。采集所有研究对象血标本,检测血清VEGF、IFN-γ、IL-17表达水平,并比较两组的肺功能,分析肺功能指标与上述细胞因子之间的相关性。结果轻症组患儿的VEGF及IL-17分别为(0.536±0.227)pg/L、(1.34±0.15)μg/L,均显著低于重症组的(0.754±0.165)pg/L、(2.73±0.28)μg/L,但IFN-γ表达水平(53.7±13.8)ng/L显著高于重症组(32.6±11.5)ng/L(P<0.05);轻症组的肺功能指标TPTEF/TE、VPEF/VE分别为(23.6±4.2)、(24.7±4.1),均显著高于重症组的(18.4±3.5)、(20.4±4.5)(P<0.05);血清VEGF、IL-17水平均与肺功能指标TPTEF/TE、VPEF/VE呈负相关,IFN-γ呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论闭塞性细支气管炎患儿血清VEGF、IFN-γ及IL-17表达水平与肺功能有一定关系,临床可通过动态监测上述炎性因子水平评估患儿肺功能。 Objective To explore the relationship between the expression levels of serum-related factors and lung function in children with bronchiolitis obliterans.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 94 children with bronchiolitis obliterans in our hospital.According to the severity of disease,the patients were divided into mild group(36 cases)and severe group(58 cases).Blood samples of all the subjects were collected to detect the expression levels of VEGF,IFN-γand IL-17 in the serum and the lung function of the two groups was compared to analyze the correlation between lung function indexes and the above cytokines.Results The VEGF and IL-17 in the mild group were(0.536±0.227)pg/L and(1.34±0.15)μg/L,significantly lower than those in the severe group which were(0.754±0.165)pg/L and(2.73±0.28)μg/L.The expression level of IFN-γwas(53.7±13.8)ng/L,significantly higher than that in the severe group which was(32.6±11.5)ng/L(P<0.05).The lung function indexes,TPTEF/TE and VPEF/VE,were(23.6±4.2)and(24.7±4.1)in the mild group,significantly higher than those in the severe group which were(18.4±3.5)and(20.4±4.5)(P<0.05).The levels of serum VEGF and IL-17 were negatively correlated with lung function indexes,TPTEF/TE and VPEF/VE,and positively correlated with IFN-γ(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of serum VEGF,IFN-γand IL-17 in children with bronchiolitis obliterans are correlated with lung function to a certain extent.The lung function of children can be evaluated by dynamically monitoring the levels of these inflammatory factors.
