预还原瓦斯灰、原矿利用途径的试验研究

摘要 本文通过冶金性能试验、选别试验及物化性能分析,研究了预还原瓦斯灰及预还原原矿的利用途径,结果表明:预还原瓦斯灰的铁品位、转鼓指数、高温软熔性能指标均优于预还原原矿,所以建议将预还原瓦斯灰中粗粒级(+10mm)部分直接给高炉使用,细粒级(-10mm)部分进行细磨选别后再返给烧结再利用。 In the paper,the utilization of pre-reduced gas ash and pre-reduced raw ore is studied by metallurgical performance test,separation test and physicochemical property analysis.The result shows that iron grade,drum index and high temperature softening melting performance of pre-reduced gas ash are better than those of pre-reduced raw ore.Therefore,it is suggested that the coarse(+10 mm)fraction of pre-reduced gas ash can be directly used in blast furnace,and the fine(-10 mm)fraction can be returned to sintering for reuse after fine grinding and separation.
