摘要
结构与功能一体化墙板,由若干块蒸压加气混凝土板通过钢框架组合而成,并复合了外保温系统。钢框架使一体化墙板内存在热桥,削弱了墙板的热工性能。通过分析有限元数值模拟计算结果,一体化墙板可以满足防结露和热舒适的要求。钢框架的顶底扁钢是热工性能薄弱部位。顶底扁钢宽度缩短,形成的封闭空气层可将一体化墙板的热工性能提升至与砌块墙体相同的水平。
Wallboard integrated with structure and function is composed of several ALC panels which are combined by steel frame,and exterior insulation system. The steel frame causes heat bridge in integrated wallboard and weakens its thermal performance. The result of numerical analysis shows that integrated wallboard can satisfy requests on anti-condensation and thermal comfort. Top and bottom steel flats of frame are weak points of thermal performance. Closed air,caused by reduction of flat width,can raise the thermal performance of integrated wallboard to the level of ALC block.
