合同能源管理在某公共建筑节能改造项目中的实践应用 被引量:13

摘要 建筑节能是节能减排工作的重点,而公共机构因其特殊的社会角色在节能技术应用和模式创新方面都大有可为。如何有机结合各类建筑节能技术,以节能改造项目的形式高效实现建筑节能是值得我们深入研究的。研究以深圳市某典型公共机构建筑为例,采用合同能源管理的形式来构建建筑节能改造项目,通过利用多种节能技术,如冷凝器自动清洗和集中空调智能监控技术等,可实现建筑系统运行规律识别、电力移峰填谷、提高冷凝器换热效率、优化中央空调控制等目的。研究结果表明,本建筑的节能率可达到20%,其中,年均节电约262万k W·h,二氧化碳减排约2 268.6 t。有助于进一步量化各类节能技术在实际应用中的表现,同时也为合同能源管理这一创新节能形式提供了参考数据。 Building energy saving is crucial to global energy conservations. Among different building types,public buildings are of great significance due to their unique social responsibilities and large energy saving potentials. In the past decades,various technologies have been proposed for building energy efficiency enhancement. It is very essential to develop suitable approaches to ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of building energy retrofitting projects. A typical government office building in Shenzhen city has been utilized for analysis. An innovative business approach,i. e.,Energy Management Contract( EMC),has been adopted to organize the building energy retrofitting project. A number of active and passive energy saving technologies have been implemented for energy conservations,including condenser automatic cleaning and intelligent central air-conditioning system monitoring and controls. Such technologies have been utilized for the automatic identification of building operational patterns,building peak-load shifting,condenser heat exchange efficiency enhancement,and optimal control of central air-conditioning systems.Based on actual measurements,it is estimated that the annual energy consumption reduction ratio is around 20%,with an annual power consumption reduction of 2. 62 million kW·h and CO_(2) emission reduction of 2 268.6 tons. This study helps to quantify the energy saving potential of different technologies. It can be used as a useful reference to integrate the EMC business approach with public building energy retrofitting projects.
