摘要
河北坝上地区具有独特的地形地貌与气候特征,长期以来对当地农宅的节能情况比较缺少关注,尚未形成有针对性的评价体系。结合国内外建筑节能评价相关研究与河北坝上地区的区域特点,总结适用于河北坝上地区农宅的节能评价方法。基于AHP法(即层次分析法)与模糊综合评价法构建综合评价体系,筛选各节能影响因素构建坝上农宅节能评价指标体系;应用层次分析法成对地比较各层各指标的重要性,从而量化专家问卷结果,计算各层次中的指标权重排序;综合评价指标体系与层次分析法的结果对研究对象作出模糊综合评价。以张家口市尚义县南壕堑镇十三号村某农宅为例,对其进行节能分析与评价,为河北坝上农宅的节能评价提供可参考的实例。
The topography and climate in Bashang area of Hebei province are unique. The energy saving situation of local rural residential buildings has long been neglected,and a targeted evaluation system has not yet been formed. Based on the relevant research on building energy efficiency evaluation at home and abroad and the regional characteristics of Bashang area of Hebei province,the energy efficiency evaluation methods applicable to rural residential buildings in Bashang area of Hebei province is summarized. The construction of comprehensive evaluation system is based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Various energy-saving influencing factors are screened to construct an energysaving evaluation index system for rural residential buildings in Bashang area. The importance of each index in each layer is compared in pairs by AHP,so as to quantify the results of expert questionnaire and calculate the index weight ranking in each layer. The results of comprehensive evaluation index system and analytic hierarchy process make fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the research object. Taking a rural residence in No.13 Village,Nanhaoqian Town,Shangyi County,Zhangjiakou City as an example,the energy saving analysis and evaluation are carried out to provide a reference example for the energy saving evaluation of the rural residence in Bashang area of Hebei province.
