摘要
釉基质衍生物(enamel matrix derivatives,EMD)是从幼猪牙胚中提取的釉基质蛋白的衍生物,其组成成分复杂,包含多种蛋白成分和生长因子物质。EMD被广泛用于牙周再生领域,近年来在牙移植、直接盖髓治疗等临床应用也越来越多,并取得了较好的疗效。文章就近些年EMD促进细胞矿化的机制研究,以及在牙周再生、牙移植、直接盖髓等临床治疗领域的研究进展做一综述,以期推动该技术在口腔医学领域的进一步研究和应用。
Enamel matrix derivatives(EMD) are the derivatives of enamel matrix extracted from immature pig tooth germ,which have complex components,including a variety of protein components and growth factor substances.EMD is widely used in the field of periodontal regeneration.In recent years,EMD has been widely used in the fields of tooth transplantation,direct pulp capping and so on,and has achieved great effect.In this paper,the mechanism of EMD in promoting cell mineralization and the research progress in periodontal regeneration,tooth transplantation,direct pulp capping and other clinical treatment fields were reviewed in order to promote the further research and application of EMD in stomatology.
