高校辅导员资助工作职业能力标准建构思考

Reflections on the Construction of College Counselors’Professional Competence Standards about Student Financial Aid

《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》就高校辅导员队伍专业化,职业化发展提出了系统性要求,但就高校辅导员资助工作职业能力标准来说,在资助要求的体系性、能力标准的独立性、职级划分的层次性方面还需完善。文章立足于新时代高校辅导员在学生资助工作中的角色定位和主要职责,从初级、中级、高级和专家级四个等级出发,阐述了每个层级所应具备的职业能力,以期能为完善辅导员职业能力相关标准提供参考。

The Standards for Professional Competence of College Counselors(provisional regulations)has put forward systematic requirements for the professional development of college counselors.However,in view of the college counselors’professional competence standards about student financial aid,further improvements on the systematicity of financial aid requirements,the independence of competence standards and the hierarchy of professional categorisation are still necessary.Based on college counselors’role and responsibilities on student financial aid in the new era,this paper expounds the professional competence of college counselors from four levels,namely the elementary,intermediate,advanced and expert levels.The study can provide reference for the improvement of college counselors’professional competence standards about student financial aid.
