导师制:学习指导与思政教育兼具的培养模式——从福州大学的一个案例说起 被引量:3

On Training Mode of Tutorial System Integrating Learning Guidance and Ideological and Political Education:A Case Study of Fuzhou University

摘要 导师制是教育部倡导的人才培养模式之一,能够激发学生学习主动性、积极性和创造性,是高校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、深化教师职责和提高人才培养质量的有力抓手。在实施过程中,导师制面临雷声大雨点小、重形式轻内容、重科研轻育人三大问题。文章分别从高校教师转变观念达成共识、指导学习因人而异、“导师+项目+团队”前行等方面提出了构建导师制长效机制的具体措施。 Tutorial system is one of the training mode of talents advocated by the Ministry of Education,which can stimulate students’initiative,enthusiasm and creativity in learning,and is a key for colleges and universities to cultivate and practice the core socialist values,strengthen teachers’responsibilities and improve the quality of talent cultivation.In the process of implementation,the tutorial system is faced with three major problems:much said but little done,emphasizing mainly on form rather than content,focusing on scientific research but not education.This paper advances the specific measures to construct a long-term mechanism of the tutorial system from the aspects of changing teachers’mentalities and reaching a consensus,guiding students in accordance with their aptitude,implementing“tutors+projects+teams”mode and so on.
