摘要 薪酬管理是高校人事管理工作的重要环节,也是高校财务管理工作的重要组成部分,是一项比较复杂的工作,涉及广大教职工的切身利益。随着信息技术的不断进步,流程自动化(RPA)技术越来越广泛地被运用到各行各业中。文章通过对高校薪酬管理的现状和需解决的问题进行分析,探索RPA技术在高校薪酬管理领域的应用,旨在提升高校薪酬管理的业务能力和效率。 Salary management is an important part of personnel and financial management in colleges and universities.It is a relatively complex work related to the vital interests of the staff.With the continuous progress of information technology,robotic process automation(RPA)has been widely used in all walks of life.This paper analyzes the current situation of salary management in colleges and universities as well as the existing problems,explores the application of RPA technology in the salary management in colleges and universities,in order to improve the ability and efficiency of salary management in colleges and universities.
