摘要 某高压转子拧紧扳手的传动系统在拧紧螺母过程中发生卡滞,通过宏观观察、断口分析、金相检验及硬度测试等方法,对传动系统的卡滞原因进行了分析。结果表明:1号传动齿轮轴承单侧锁紧的浪式带扣保持架在装配或工作过程中受到冲击载荷,造成搭扣错位、变形、脱扣,致使滚珠偏离预定的运行轨道。当滚珠偏离预定轨道时,形成应力集中,导致局部应力增大,当应力超过滚珠承载能力时滚珠过载断裂,引起轴承破坏,最终导致该传动系统卡滞失效。 The transmission system of a high-pressure rotor tightening wrench stuck in the process of tightening nuts.The causes of sticking on transmission system were analyzed by means of macro observation,fracture analysis,metallographic examination and hardness test.The results show that in the process of assembling or working,the one-side locking wave-buckle cage of No.1 transmission gear bearing was subjected to impact load,which caused the buckle dislocation,deformation and tripping,and caused the bearing ball to deviate from the predetermined running track.When the bearing ball deviated from the predetermined track,the stress concentrated formed,which led to the increase of local stress.When the stress exceeded the bearing capacity,the bearing ball overload fractured,which caused the bearing damage,and finally led to the sticking failure of transmission system.
