我们党领导全国人民,始终坚持将马克思主义基本原理与中国实际相结合,积极探索和认识自然规律,不断利用大自然为人民谋福利。党的十九届五中全会提出开启社会主义现代化新征程,美丽中国是建设目标的重要组成部分之一,因此必须坚定不移地深入贯彻绿色发展理念。习近平生态文明思想为贯彻绿色发展理念提供了根本遵循和行动指南,要加快建设生态经济体系,加强保护和修复生态环境,继续推动全球环境治理与合作,加快完善生态文明制度建设,建立健全生态环保的应急保障体系。

Our party leads the people of the whole country,always insisting on combining the basic principles of Marxism with China’s reality,actively exploring and understanding the laws of nature,and constantly making use of nature for the benefit of the people.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed to start a new journey of socialist modernization.Beautiful China is an important part of the construction goal.Therefore,we must unswervingly and deeply implement the philosophy of green development.Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought has provided fundamental follow-ups and action guidelines for the implementation of green development philosophy.We must speed up the construction of an eco-economy system,strengthen the protection and restoration of the ecological environment,continue to promote global environmental governance and cooperation,accelerate the improvement of the system of ecological civilization,and establish an emergency response and guarantee system for ecological and environmental protection.
