基于真空吸附定位的汽车车身凹陷修复装置设计

摘要 针对目前市场上汽车表面钣金出现较小的凹坑缺陷的修复工具适用性差、操作不方便、费用相对较高,而不修理又会影响美观等情况,主要从结构设计、工作原理和可行性等几个方面进行了研究分析,设计了一种便于携带、操作方便、修复精准的汽车表面钣金凹陷修复装置,以满足汽车表皮凹陷修复的大众化需求,为小型汽车车身凹痕修复手术提供一种技术参考。 In view of the fact that the tools for repairing the dent defects on the surface plate of automobiles which appear on the market at present are of poor applicability,inconvenient operation and relatively high cost,and will affect the beauty of the surface plate if not being repaired,etc,this paper mainly studies and analyzes the structure design,working principle and feasibility,and designs an easy-to-carry,easy-to-operate and precise repairing device for the sheet dent of automobile surface plate,so as to meet the needs of automotive skin dent repair,to provide a technical reference for dent repair of small car body.
