基于MPS方法的减速器齿轮搅油损失分析

摘要 详述了MPS方法的基本原理与数学模型,并将其应用于减速器齿轮搅油损失的仿真分析中。针对不同的汽车行驶工况,以减速器输出轴斜齿轮为研究对象,利用Particleworks软件,对其在不同浸油深度和不同转速条件下进行搅油损失分析。分析结果表明,随着齿轮浸油深度增加、齿轮转速增加,搅油损失功率也相应增加。为减速器的搅油分析提供了一种基于无网格划分的,高效、准确的计算机数值模拟仿真方法。 The basic principle and mathematical model of the MPS method are elaborated in detail,and it is applied to the simulation analysis of oil loss of the reducer gear.Aiming at different driving conditions of the car,the helical gear of the reducer output shaft is taken as the research object,and Particleworks software is used to analyze the oil stirring loss under the conditions of different oil immersion depth and speed.The analysis results show that as the gear immersion depth increases and the gear speed increases,the oil loss power also increases accordingly.An efficient and accurate computer numerical simulation method based on mesh-free division is provided for the oil analysis of the reducer.
