摘要
为研究热辐射下汽车内部温度场分布及不同隔热措施下汽车温度上升状况,在COMSOL中运用表面辐射传热模块对汽车温度场进行仿真。首先在SolidWorks中建立普通小型汽车的三维模型,然后导入COMSOL并定义汽车不同部位材料属性,最后通过加载外部热辐射、表面漫反射等参数仿真了暴露在阳光下和停靠在阴影下两种状况汽车温度上升情况。该仿真可用于隔热挡板性能评估、车内制冷系统设计等研究。
The surface radiation heat transfer module is used to simulate the temperature field of the automobile in COMSOL in order to study the distribution of the temperature field inside the automobile under heat radiation and temperature rise of the automobile under different situations.Firstly,a three-dimensional model of an automobile is built in SolidWorks,then it is imported into COMSOL,and the properties of materials in different parts of the automobile are defined.Temperature rise of the automobile under the conditions of exposure to the sun and parking in the shadow are simulated by setting up parameters of external thermal radiation,surface diffuse reflection and other parameters.The simulation can be used to evaluate the performance of the heat shield and design of the refrigeration system in the automobile.
