术后认知功能障碍影响因素的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 术后认知功能障碍(postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)是手术麻醉后常见的中枢神经系统并发症,在老年人群中发生率较高。POCD不仅影响患者术后生活质量和延长住院时间,不利于快速康复,而且对家庭和社会造成一定的经济负担。由于POCD的发病机制尚不完全清楚,目前缺乏有效的治疗手段。但其影响因素众多,受到患者自身、手术、麻醉和术后疼痛等多种因素的共同影响。了解其影响因素有助于指导临床医生早期识别高危患者并采取相应的干预措施,从而降低老年患者POCD的发生率。
