针刺治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的临床观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture for Obstructive Sleep Apnea-hypopnea Syndrome

目的观察针刺治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为针刺组和对照组,每组36例。两组均进行健康宣教,针刺组另予针刺治疗,对照组不进行任何治疗。比较两组治疗前后呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、夜间最低氧饱和度(SaO2)和Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)评分,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果两组治疗前AHI、夜间最低SaO2和ESS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。针刺组治疗后AHI、夜间最低SaO2和ESS评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且均优于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。针刺组临床总有效率82.4%,对照组为22.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺能有效改善阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的临床症状,具有一定的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Method Seventy-two patients were randomized to an acupuncture and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups were given health education.The acupuncture group received acupuncture additionally and the control group received no treatment.The apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),the nocturnal lowest oxygen saturation(SaO2)and the Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result There were no statistically significant pre-treatment differences in AHI,the nocturnal lowest SaO2 and the ESS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,AHI and the ESS score were lower and the nocturnal lowest SaO2 was higher in the acupuncture group compared with those before treatment(P<0.05)and those in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was 82.4%in the acupuncture group,versus 22.9%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can relieve the clinical symptoms and has a certain clinical therapeutic effect in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.
