由于长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料与其他聚丙烯改性材料相比有明显的气味劣势,针对此情况,重点从长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料的基体聚丙烯树脂、偶联剂、相容剂、造粒工艺等角度对长玻纤增强聚丙烯复合材料的气味影响因素进行了详细分析,并提出改善措施。

The long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene materials has obvious disadvantage of odor compared with other modified polypropylene materials.In view of this situation,the factors influencing the odor of long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites were analyzed in detail from the aspects of matrix polypropylene resin,coupling agent,compatibilizer and granulation process et al,and the improvement measures were put forward.
