摘要
针对超高屈服强度材料凸焊过程存在熔深不足和熔深难形成等常见问题,通过采用电磁比例阀装置进行焊接压力设置方式的研究,最终得到在一定程度上能解决两种材料屈服强度差距过大导致的熔深不足和熔深难形成等问题的方法。
Aiming at the common problems such as insufficient penetration and difficult formation of penetration in projection welding of ultra-high yield strength materials,the electromagnetic proportioning valve device was used to study the setting mode of welding pressure,and finally the method to solve the problems of insufficient penetration and difficult formation of penetration caused by the large yield strength gap between the two materials was obtained to a certain extent.
