摘要 详细阐述了机器人滚边工具结构、内外板定位夹紧方式以及胎模重要部件的设计参数,结合现场实际案例,对连杆的结构、滚轴的材质以及滚轮的保养周期进行分析。通过夹紧方式的工作原理,对比各种结构的优缺点,并介绍结构设计时的注意事项。为其他厂家设计生产提供参考。 The roller side tool structure,the internal and external plate positioning and clamping mode and the design parameters of the important parts of the tire mold were elaborated in detail.Combined with the actual cases in the field,the structure of the connecting rod,the material of the roller and the maintenance cycle of the roller were analyzed.Through the working principle of the clamping way,the advantages and disadvantages of various structures were compared,and the matters needing attention in the structure design were introduced.It provides reference for the design and production of other manufacturers.
