摘要
淋巴水肿是慢性进行性疾病,及时合理诊治对改善患者预后十分重要。MR淋巴造影(MRL)空间及时间分辨率高、且无辐射,可用于早期诊断淋巴系统疾病。本文对MRL在四肢淋巴水肿中的应用进展进行综述。
Lymphedema is a chronic progressive disease,timely and reasonable diagnosis and treatment is particularly important for the prognosis of lymphedema patients.MR lymphography(MRL)can be used for early diagnosis and evaluation of lymphatic system diseases for high spatial and temporal resolution and no radiation.The application advancements of MRL in lymphedema of extremities were reviewed in this article.
