摘要 针对丁基黄原酸的不同测定方法(紫外分光光度法、吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法和液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法),分别从样品的采集和保存、方法原理、方法性能、干扰和影响等多方面因素,结合实际样品分析的比对结果,对容易出现的测定结果不理想和定性定量存在的问题等进行深入研究。通过对检测方法应用的差异性分析,详细说明了各自的优缺点和适用性,对实测数据之间的矛盾进行了解释,并解决了原紫外分光光度法假阳性干扰的难题,为丁基黄原酸的准确测定提供了技术参考。 It was aimed at differential analysis among the three methods for detection of butylxanthic acid,Ultraviolet spectrophotometry,purge&trap gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and Liquid chromatography-Triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry.Various factors such as collection and preservation,method principle,method performance,interference and influence were discussed,combined with the comparison results of actual sample analysis.The problems such as unsatisfactory measurement results and even qualitative and quantitative errors which were likely to appear in actual analytical works were further studied in this paper.Through the differential analysis of the application of detection methods,their advantages,disadvantages and applicability were explained in detail,and the contradiction between the measured datas were clearly explained in order to get accurate determination of butylxanthic acid in water.
