摘要
许多评论者认为霍布斯信奉心理利己主义。心理利己主义是一种人类心理学理论,它声称所有的人类行为最终都完全由他自己的个人利益所驱动。笔者在这篇论文中主张,有理由认为,霍布斯并不信奉任何一种言之有理的心理利己主义。
Many commentators think that Hobbes was committed to psychological egoism.Psy-chological egoism is a theory of human psychology claiming that all human actions are ultimately motivated solely by one’s own self-interest.In this paper,I argue that there are reasons to think that Hobbes was not committed to psychological egoism in any of its plausible formulations.
