摘要
文中设计、制造和验证了一种太阳能LED路灯自动除尘装置。该装置通过太阳能蓄电池为控制电路和直流电机供电,并通过控制电路驱动直流电机带动雨刷器定期自动除尘,同时,利用红外传感器采集雨刷器摆动次数和天气湿度情况。该装置结构简单、自动化程度高、效率高,可以实现太阳能电池板定期除尘作业,具有一定应用价值。
A solar energy LED street lamp automatic dedusting device is designed,manufactured and verified in this paper.The device supplies power to the control circuit and DC motor through solar battery,and drives DC motor to drive wiper to remove dust regularly and automatically through control circuit.At the same time,infrared sensor is used to collect wiper swing times and weather humidity.The device has simple structure,high automation and high efficiency,and can realize regular dust removal operation of solar panels,which has certain application value.
