热电池用贫锂相磷酸铁锂正极材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 随着小型化、高比功率热电池的发展,其对高压正极材料的需求也越来越迫切。贫锂相磷酸铁锂(Li_(x)FePO_(4))具有优异的热稳定性和高的电极电位,具备热电池正极材料的应用潜力。为此,文中通过电化学方法成功制备了Li_(x)FePO_(4)正极材料,并对其进行高温充放电性能研究。结果表明700℃工作温度下,基于贫锂相Li_(x)FePO_(4)的单体电池放电电压≥2.5 V(电流密度≥0.1 A/cm2),脉冲比功率≥12 kW/kg。 With the development of miniaturization and high-specific-power thermal batteries,the demand for high-voltage cathode materials is becoming more and more urgent.Lithium iron phosphate with poor lithium phase(Li_(x)FePO_(4))has excellent thermal stability and high electrode potential as cathode materials for thermal batteries.Herein,Li_(x)FePO_(4) cathode materials were prepared by electrochemical method,and their high-temperature charge-discharge properties were studied.The results show that the discharge voltage of single cell based on Li_(x)FePO_(4) is over 2.5 V at 700℃operating temperature(current density≥0.1 A/cm2),and the pulse specific power is over 12 kW/kg.
