秸秆捆烧直燃生物质锅炉在国内一些地区已经有了应用,但目前现有秸秆捆烧锅炉存在一些弊端,如不能确保秸秆充分燃烧,秸秆在锅膛内只有能依靠炉排下面给风自然燃烧,燃烧速度不仅慢,而且秸秆燃料燃烧不充分,热效率低等。文中介绍了秸秆捆烧直燃生物质锅炉设计方法,可供锅炉设计者参考。

Straw bundle burning direct fired biomass boiler has been applied in some areas of China,but there are some disadvantages in the existing straw bale burning boiler.For example,if the straw cannot be fully burned,the straw can only be naturally burned by the air supply under the grate in the boiler chamber.The combustion speed is not only slow,but also the straw fuel combustion is not sufficient,and the thermal efficiency is low.This paper introduces the design method of straw bundle burning direct fired biomass boiler,which can be referred by boiler designers.
