摘要
针对群体性事件呈多发、高发的态势,为提高防暴动能弹的作战效能,科学预测非致命动能弹丸的发展趋势,对防暴动能弹的发展历程进行了梳理,初步界定了硬质弹丸、橡胶弹丸、布袋弹丸和复合型弹丸四个发展阶段,通过剖析典型冲击损伤案例分析了不同类型动能弹丸的损伤特性,明确了防暴动能弹的冲击损伤谱,进一步通过对不同类型动能弹丸结构特性的定量比较,对比了不同弹丸的战技指标,结合案例剖析和性能对比,预测了新一代动能弹丸的发展趋势;当前橡胶弹丸、布袋弹丸和复合型弹丸共同服役,新一代动能弹丸将以大口径、大变形、自旋稳定、复合结构和多重打击效应等特性而逐步呈现。
In the context of increasing number of large-scale mass events,in order to improve the combat effectiveness of anti-riot kinetic energy projectiles,scientifically predict the development trend of non-lethal kinetic energy projectiles,combed the development process of kinetic energy projectiles,and initially defined four development stages of hard projectiles,rubber projectiles,bean bag projectiles and hybrid projectiles,the injury characteristics of different types of kinetic energy projectiles were analyzed through typical impact injury cases,and the impact injury spectrum of anti-riot kinetic energy projectiles was clarified.By quantitative comparison,we compared the combat skills of different projectiles,combined with case analysis and performance comparison,and predicted the development trend of a new generation of kinetic projectiles.At present,rubber projectiles,bean bag projectiles and hybrid projectiles are common in service.The new generation of kinetic energy projectiles will gradually appear with characteristics such as large diameter,large deformability,spin stability,hybrid structure and multiple strike effects.
