爆炸物导线切割器剪切过程数值模拟

摘要 针对排爆作业中手工剪除非制式爆炸物导线的危险性、复杂性,提出利用火药力推动环氧酚醛树脂绝缘材质刀体进行剪切爆炸物导线的方法,建立切割器的有限元模型,分析了主动刀在不同夹角、不同切割速度下的剪切能力。数值模拟和实验结果表明:所设计的爆炸物导线切割器可以满足排爆作业过程中的剪切任务,具有操作简单、使用安全、切割可靠等优点。 In view of the danger and complexity of manually cutting off the Improvised Explosive Devices(IED)wires in the Explosive Ordnance Disposal(EOD)operation,a new cutter was researched which is using gunpowder to push the epoxy phenolic resin insulated knife body to cut the explosive wires.The finite element model of the cutter was established and the shearing ability of the active cutter at different angles and cutting speeds was analyzed.Numerical simulation and experimental results show that the designed IED wire cutter can meet the cutting task in the process of explosive disposal,and has the advantages of simple operation,safe use,reliable cutting and so on.
