摘要
采用单因素设计法,设置4种不同施肥处理(即不施肥、15 g/株、30 g/株、60 g/株),通过测定苗高、地径、生物量等指标以确定银杏合理的有机肥施用量。结果表明,不同施肥量对银杏一年生实生苗的生长影响不同,各生长指标均表现出差异,其中苗高、生物量均以施肥量为30 g/株时最高,地径生长以不施肥时最大,但与各施肥处理差异不显著。总体来看,有机肥施用量以30 g/株较为适宜。
This paper used the single factor experiment design and set up four different fertilizer treatments(namely no fertilizer,15 g/plant,30 g/plant,60 g/plant),so as to determine rational organic fertilizer amount for Ginkgo biloba seedlings according to seedling height,ground diameter and biomass.The results showed that different fertilizer amounts had different effects on the growth of Ginkgo biloba annual seedling,each growth index showed differences.Seedling height and biomass were the highest when the fertilizer amount was 30 g/plant,and ground diameter was the biggest under no fertilizer,but there was no significant difference between no fertilizer treatment and each fertilization treatment.Totally,rational organic fertilizer amount for Ginkgo biloba seedlings was 30 g/plant.
